Domestic shipping, with estimated delivery in 7-28 business days, comes with free shipping. You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number, active within 24 hours. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware of potential delays during high order volumes. TrusJoy is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes. If products are damaged during shipping, contact the carrier to file a claim. Your trust in TrusJoy is appreciated!

Tracking your order is a breeze at TrusJoy. Once your order is processed, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Simply check your email and click on the provided tracking number. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the real-time progress of your delivery. Products can be returned if they remain in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund. Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing return@trusjoy.com with a detailed reason, along with supporting pictures or a video.
Upon approval, you'll receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse for return. Use a trackable mail service to ensure your refund. After examining the returned package, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and a refund receipt will be emailed to your original address.

Late or Missing Refunds: Refunds are issued promptly upon approval. If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and allow some processing time. If issues persist, please contact us.
