Domestic shipping, with estimated delivery in 12-25 business days, comes with free shipping. You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number, active within 24 hours. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware of potential delays during high order volumes. TrusJoy is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes. If products are damaged during shipping, contact the carrier to file a claim. Your trust in TrusJoy is appreciated!

Tracking your order is a breeze at TrusJoy. Once your order is processed, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Products can be returned if they remain in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund. Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing return@trusjoy.com with a detailed reason, along with supporting pictures or a video.
Upon approval, you'll receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse for return. Use a trackable mail service to ensure your refund. After examining the returned package, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and a refund receipt will be emailed to your original address.
